Set up, trained and supported
Implementation
We configure salary components, shifts, holidays, leave and late-coming rules with your HR team, and import your employee list from Excel or CSV.
Training
Your admins and HR staff learn the monthly cycle on your own data: attendance review, salary calculation, locking, payslips and statutory reports.
Annual support
Help when you need it, fixes and product updates through the year, including changes needed when statutory rates are revised.

Two companies with the same headcount can need very different setups. We quote on what yours actually involves.
- Employees and locations. How many people you pay and whether they work across branches or sites.
- Attendance devices. How many biometric machines need to sync and whether staff punch from mobile.

Pricing questions
Why don't you publish a price list?
Most of the cost is in setting payroll up correctly: your salary components, shifts, devices and policies. A flat per-employee price would overcharge simple setups and undercharge complex ones, so we quote after understanding your workflow.
Is it a monthly per-employee subscription?
No. Swastik Payroll is quoted as a one-time implementation with annual support. Headcount is one factor, but locations, devices and rule complexity matter more.
Are statutory rate changes charged separately?
Updates needed when PF, ESIC or other statutory rates change are part of annual support rather than a paid upgrade.
Do the free calculators cost anything?
No. The salary, PF, ESI, TDS and other calculators and the payslip generator are free to use without signing up.
