Who we are
This website is operated by Shwastik Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Darbhanga, Bihar 846004, India ("we", "us"). This policy covers the public pages of payroll.shwastik.com. Data that customers process inside the Swastik Payroll application is governed by the agreement with that customer.

- Cookies: a security cookie that protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and a session cookie if you sign in to the application. We do not use advertising cookies on these pages.
The free calculators and payslip generator run entirely in your browser. What you type into them, including any logo you choose, is not sent to us or stored.
How we use it

- To follow up about the enquiry you made.
- To detect spam and abuse of our forms and keep the site secure.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
We use providers that process data on our behalf, such as our hosting infrastructure and email service used to notify our team of new enquiries. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules, you can ask to access, correct or erase the personal data you gave us, withdraw consent for further contact, and raise a grievance. Email contact@swastik.ai with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond.
